Adjudicator Lodging Request

Until this lodging request form is received in our office, no room will be reserved for you.

Please list the festivals you will be adjudicating, including the dates of the Festival, and the dates you will need overnight hotel lodging.

A room will be booked according to your needs as specified on the form, and a confirmation will be faxed or e-mailed to you the week of the festival.

Please submit this form no later than 3 weeks prior to the adjudication!

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request within 24 hours of submission. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact our offices immediately.

Again, if we do not receive this form, a hotel reservation will not be made in your behalf, nor can we accept any requests after the 3 week deadline. After that date you will be required to book your own housing and will be reimbursed according to the Music In The Parks or Festivals of Music rate for that area.
