Payment Schedule:

$100 per ensemble Registration Fee is due with the application
$500 deposit due January 5, 2008. If you register after the January 5 deadline, the deposit and registration fee must be received before your group can be placed in the schedule.
50% of balance due February 11, 2008
Final Payment due March 27, 2008

Cancellation Policy

In the event it is necessary for a school to withdrawal from the festival, a full refund, less the non-refundable registration fee, will be made provided written cancellation is received February 26, 2008. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Written cancellation received after February 26 will result in a cancellation fee of $25.00 per person.
Cancellation received after March 27 will cause forfeiture of all payments. If payments do not equal $25.00 per person plus any additional cancellation penalties, you will be invoiced for the balance.

Please note: This policy remains in effect regardless of School Board policy changes and world events. Such circumstances do not negate this policy.
