As part of an initiative developed by EPN Travel Services, Educational Programs Network now offers large student groups the opportunity for a multidisciplinary Team Presentation for parents and administrators with representatives from EPN Travel Services, Festivals of Music, Music In The Parks and Educational Programs Network.
“We want our clients to know we are with them every step of the way,” said Stephanie Davis, EPN Travel Services managing director. “By meeting face to face, we provide the information and peace of mind parents and administrators demand today. Large student groups face additional challenges in coordination and organization when they travel. The Team Presentation enables clear communication and a personal connection which are critical to a successful experience for the students, parents, directors and administrators.”
In addition to providing the details about the proposed tour itinerary, the presentation draws on the unique relationship shared by the companies.
