Once again we are the benefactors of the Festivals of Music organization; the establishment of their new Internet Newsletter is just another positive contribution to all the music programs throughout the nation. Having been affiliated with the Festivals of Music family for almost two decades, I applaud Dr. Wells and his outstanding staff for their commitment and dedication to quality music education.
