Festivals of Music - Post-Festival Wrap Up

The Monday immediately following your festival you must* return the following information to the Festivals of Music office (a UPS return envelope will be provided).

*Note - it is imperative you return all the material listed below immediately. We cannot issue refunds or bill past due amounts until all paperwork and payments have been received in our office.

• Signed ticket count sheets for each school. Any payments collected should be stapled directly to the ticket count sheet.
• Completed Registration Log
• Completed Post-Festival Wrap Up Form (PDF) or wrap_up (Microsoft Word)
• Completed Recaps
• T-Shirt Money

Mail all recap envelopes to any school that did not attend the Awards Ceremony. Keep your receipts for these expenses, as you will be reimbursed at the end of the festival season.

Upon the completion of the entire festival season, return all T-Shirts, Director's Gifts, Pins and extra Trophies to our office. You will be reimbursed for your shipping expenses.
